
I’m Kyla, a movement coach who helps people find their way back into their bodies through gentle somatics, grounded movement, and nervous-system aware guidance.
So much of my work sits inside rhythm. Music has always been the quickest way for me to drop into myself, and I’ve found that dance can be this really beautiful direct line to our deepest joy. It’s like the body hears the truth before the mind catches up.
What I care about is slowing down, listening inward, and rebuilding a relationship with your body that actually feels good to live in. One that makes space for regulation and clarity, and also for those little sparks of joy that rise up when something in you finally exhales.
Through breath, intuitive movement, simple embodied tools, and a whole lot of kindness, I help people create more steadiness, ease, and real aliveness in their everyday lives.
Dance is one of my favorite pathways for that. It opens the heart in ways words can’t.
I bring over a decade of experience in movement, cultural immersion, and embodied teaching, along with certification in breath and movement for trauma healing. My approach is warm, practical, and rooted in integrity, honoring the science of the nervous system while trusting the wisdom the body already carries.
And always inviting in the rhythm and music that help us remember who we are.

With a deep love for Latin dance rhythms like Salsa and Bachata, Kyla has spent years inspiring others to connect to themselves and their bodies through movement.
